Pam Margera ‘disappeared from Florida rehab’ again – just two weeks after he first escaped

Pam Margera escaped from a Florida rehab clinic for the second time this month, TMZ mentioned.

Local law enforcement officials told the newspaper that the Jackass star, 42, was last seen in Deerfield Beach around 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

He was wearing a black T-shirt, black track pants, and matching sneakers when he left the LifeSkills residential facility without permission.

This is the second time the Pennsylvania native has disappeared from a rehab clinic in recent weeks.

On June 13, Pam reportedly told the facility manager that he did not like the clinic’s services, and that he would see himself at another clinic.

Then he left in a black car without permission from the staff or the court.

His first escape ended when he was found at the Delray Beach Hotel. The officers brought him back to the clinic.

TMZ was told that Bam had not used his medication for several days and raised concerns among his team that he had relapsed.

Pam has reportedly left the clinic in part due to his split from second wife Nikki Boyd. The website reported that Pam has not heard from Nikki Or their four-year-old son Phoenix Wolf for more than a week before he chose to flee.

A source said she did not return any of Pam’s calls or messages, and was absent from his recovery process. TMZ Sunday, June 18.

Back on September 15, Nikki was Filed legal documents in Los Angeles in order to obtain full custody of the little Phoenix, which would allow Pam (born Brandon) to have oversight visits.

Magira’s marriage to Boyd lasted three years longer than her previous marriage to childhood friend Melissa ‘Macy’ Rothstein, which ended in 2012.
