Louisville, Kentucky – The 2022 college football season may be about three months away, but people are over there Athlon Sports You get a head start when it comes to releasing pre-season conference teams.

Ford finished the 2021 season with 49 receptions and 550 yards – both of which were the team’s highest – plus two touchdowns. The 6-foot-2, 240-pound tight end was named the All-ACC Third Team for his efforts.
Chandler was by far the top performer on the ACC’s most underrated offensive line. The 6-foot-4, 313-pound goalkeeper was not only voted First Team All-ACC’s pick for his efforts, but he was also Named among the 101 best players of the 2021 season According to Pro Football Focus.
Despite losing a large portion of the season to a ruptured ACL, Clarke was still one of the most productive defenders in the ACC. The 5-foot-10, 180-pound passer-by finished a tie for second place in the conference, as did his three interceptions, and finished top of the league in assists defended per game (1.33) by a wide margin. He also finished 40 tackles and 3.5 for a loss, and was named Second-Team All-ACC.
Abdullah put together one of the best seasons of the Louisville Pass in this millennium. He has led the team’s 10.0 sacks and has been the Cardinal’s biggest defender since 2015, and his 17.5 attempts to lose were good for a seventh place in one season in UofL history. The 6-foot-1, 235-pound rim also recorded 61 total passes, three passing deflections and a mandatory stumble to be named the All-ACC Second Team.

Coming from Arizona, Lole brings a lot of talent and production into rhinoplasty. The 6-foot-2, 305-pound defensive lineman had to miss the 2021 season with a triceps injury, but he fought 24 tackles, 5.0 losses and 1.5 sacks in just four games during the 2020 season cut short by the Covid Sun Devils. .
Along with Chandler, Brown helped set the tone for Louisville’s offensive line. The Cardinal averaged 209.8 yards off the ground per game in 2021, with an overall season attack averaging 446.2 yards—which he was 21st on the FBS for—and 31.6 points per game.
Duncan gave the defensive background some solid production in his first year with the program. The 6-foot-3, 225-pound conversion logged Georgia Southern into third in the team’s tackle with a score of 76, adding 3.5 tackles for a loss, four pass breakups and an interception for an honorable mention from All-ACC.
Jordan joined the program in fall camp, and Syracuse also saw a limited reps move during the regular season due to injury. He finished with 301 all-purpose yards and 183 yards in 2021, including a 100-yard return to touch down in the First Responder Bowl versus the Air Force.
Louisville finished last season with an aggregate score of 6-7, 4-4 in ACC play, including a 31-28 loss in the First Responder Bowl against the Air Force. The Cardinals begin the fourth year of Scott Satterfield’s reign on Saturday, September 3rd in Syracuse.
