Draymond Green sure is happy to be a champion again.

The Warriors star has spent most of the weekend celebrating his and his team’s fourth title in the past eight years, taking some shots at the Celtics along the way.

Green began his series of tweets on Friday morning, seemingly mocking Celtics star Jaylene Brown’s viral tweet from January before they went late in the season to move up the rankings.

“The energy is transformed

Later in the day, he quoted a retweet from ESPN that showed him walking into TD Garden reading “Draymond Green appears all black for Game 6.”

“It was for a funeral,” Green wrote.

He quoted a retweet of another tweet that featured him dancing while being booed by Celtics fans.

“Yes, they should have ignored me today. You couldn’t give me the same look.” Greene tweeted.

When the Warriors left Boston, Green took home a souvenir: a shirt TD Garden gave to fans before one of their Finals games. Green wore the jersey, which read “All About 18” at the top, which displayed 17 Celtics title banners and one blank as the Celtics were looking to win their 18th title of the season.

Green tweaked the shirt himself, writing, “Warriors – NOPE!! Maybe 23?

Green, who also happens to be a Yankees fan, made one last note before leaving Boston.

“I knew we were going to win the championship when I landed in Boston and they had a bus called Yankee,” Green said in a video posted to his Instagram story as the team was about to board their flight back to San Francisco.

Green also mocked Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy of Massachusetts, who wore a T-shirt that read “Draymond is a Jerk Face” in a tweet during the finals.

“Keep waiting,” Green . Reply Back to Portnoy.

Green is back trolling the Celtics again on Sunday.

“Getting ready for Game 7 tonight…🔒 on!!! Happy Father’s Day,” Green wrote.

and again.

“🔥🔥🔥🔥 We appreciate the support,” Green wrote in response to a tweet saying that Celtics coaches were listening to his podcast during the finals.

The Celtics weren’t the only ones Green took to Twitter over the weekend. He went back and forth with Grizzlies star Ja Morant on Saturday night. He also appeared to be making fun of his former teammate Kevin Durant Tweet from game 1which read “High level basketball is shown, gentlemen.”

“A very high standard of basketball was shown,” Green wrote.

Green had some good things to say about the Celtics on their way out of town. During the post-game period following Game 6, Green told several Celtics players that they would be returning to the Finals soon. He also gave Celtics fans “glory” during the cup celebration.

Green also showed respect for the Celtics On his podcast, “The Draymond Green Show”.

“I’ll tell you man, I have a lot of respect for that group over there, led by Aimee Odoka, an incredible and unbelievable coach. This is a much different team than it was here. So what’s the difference? The difference is that the coach came in and asked for something different.” [He] In something different when everyone said ‘Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum can’t play together’ and ‘They were a fool to sign Marcus Smart’ [extension]’ and ‘They were stupid to bring back the Horfords.’ “

“All of those things, you have to give credit to Brad Stevens for all the moves he made, but the thing that changed was Ime Udoka came in. He asked for something different from these guys. He asked JT (Tatum) to play the defense. He asked JT to move the ball. And he averaged seven or eight passes in the series. He asked JB (Brown) to take the next step.

“I wouldn’t be surprised to see this team sometime in the near future, when we’re done, winning a championship.”

The Green Warriors will continue to celebrate their title on Monday with a parade in San Francisco.
